Solvent or water-based flexibility
thelamco operates two Faustel Mark V’s that offer excellent temperature and tension controls, generous air volume and velocity, the ability to handle ultra light weight (18 ga.) to heavier materials (60 mil), and web widths up to an absolute 63.5”.
We can apply solvent or water-based coatings or adhesives as overall coverage or in a pattern as required, and can wet or dry bond. Thermal oxidizing incinerators are built right into our equipment, making our operations fully compliant with EPA standards.
Rewinding and slitting services
Additional converting services include a 72” wide slitter/rewinder from John Dusenbury Company featuring computerized roll tension to handle materials from 1-ply tissue to 100 mil polystyrenes.

Our scoring, shearing and razor slitting widths can be as narrow as 4”. We have 3”, 4”, 5”, 6” and 12” unwind and rewind core options.
Warehousing and JIT distribution
Our state-of-the-art barcoded inventory management system allows JIT shipping from our 60,000 sq ft facility (including 20,000 sq ft of brand new, temperature-controlled warehouse space) in as little as 24 hours.
Laboratory testing services
Peel, shear, curl, moisture, tension, conductivity, outgassing and other critical quality tests are continuously performed in our testing laboratory during trial runs and in final manufacturing to ensure our process meets our customer’s exact specifications. |
